Refund Policy

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and confirm your booking.

  • Deposits are applied toward your total service balance.

  • The deposit ensures we reserve your date, schedule your DJ, and begin preparing for your event.

  • Once a deposit is paid, that date is no longer available to other clients.

 

2. Payments

  • Full payment is due by the date outlined in your contract or invoice.

  • Payments may be made via accepted methods (credit/debit card, electronic transfer, or other approved platforms).

  • Late or missed payments may result in service cancellation or additional fees.

3. Cancellations by Client

  • Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date may receive a refund of any additional payments (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable, as our team and resources are already committed to your event.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days of the cancellation notice.

4. Cancellations by Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment

  • In the unlikely event that Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:

    • You will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

    • Alternatively, we may offer a qualified replacement DJ or reschedule the event with your approval.

  • We are not responsible for cancellations caused by venue closures, weather, or events beyond our control.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may request to reschedule their event date (subject to availability).

  • If the new date is approved, your deposit and payments will transfer to the new date.

  • If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation terms above will apply.

6. No-Show Policy

If the client or venue fails to provide reasonable access or working conditions (e.g., power, safety, shelter) preventing the DJ from performing, no refund will be issued.
We will make all reasonable efforts to perform under agreed conditions, but client cooperation is required.

7. Force Majeure

Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule or issue a partial refund where applicable.
