2. Services Provided

Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment provides professional DJ, audio, lighting, and event entertainment services for weddings, private events, and corporate functions.
Each service is customized according to your event needs and detailed in your service agreement or contract.

 

3. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your service agreement.

• Deposits secure your event date and are applied toward your total balance.

• Payments may be made via approved methods (credit card, electronic transfer, or other listed options).

• Failure to submit payment on time may result in cancellation or additional fees.

• Pricing and package details are subject to change without notice, though confirmed bookings are honored at the agreed rate.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event date, the client may be responsible for the full balance, unless otherwise stated in the contract.

• In the rare event that Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, or equipment failure), all payments received will be refunded in full, or an approved substitute DJ will be provided.

 

5. Event Requirements

• The client is responsible for providing adequate access to power sources, shade, and safe performance space.

• Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment reserves the right to stop or delay services in unsafe or unsuitable conditions (e.g., severe weather, electrical hazards, or venue restrictions).

• Any requested overtime beyond the contracted time is subject to an additional hourly rate and must be agreed upon before extension.

 

6. Music Selection & Requests

• Clients may provide preferred playlists or genres prior to the event using our online client portal.

• While we strive to accommodate all requests, song availability or timing may vary depending on event flow and appropriateness.

• The DJ reserves the right to maintain a professional atmosphere and avoid offensive or inappropriate content.

 

7. Equipment & Liability

• Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment provides all necessary professional audio and lighting equipment as outlined in the package agreement.

• Clients agree to ensure that guests and venue staff do not damage or interfere with DJ equipment.

• The client is responsible for damages resulting from negligence or misuse by guests or venue staff.

• Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment is not liable for delays, interruptions, or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, power failure, or venue restrictions).

 

8. Use of Photos & Videos

By booking our services, you grant permission for Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment to use event photos or short video clips for promotional purposes (website, social media, or marketing materials), unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

 

9. Website Use

• All content on this website (logos, text, media, design, and trademarks) is the property of Dynamic Sounds & Entertainment.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

• We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or linked third-party services.
